Aaron Phypers insisted he "never" physically abused Denise Richards during a court hearing on Wednesday (08.10.25).

Aaron Phypers has insisted he "never" physically abused Denise Richards.
The 53-year-old businessman took to the stand in court on Wednesday (09.10.25) on the third day of a hearing relating to his estranged wife's temporary restraining order against him and he described all previous testimony that backed the former Real Housewives' star's version of events as "made up".
According to People magazine, he said: “I never physically harmed Denise Richards… I never threatened to harm her… I did not threaten to kill anybody...
"A lot of people like to be close to the stars. They’ll do things for them."
Asked specifically about Denise's allegations he had grabbed her hair, choked her and banged her head, he replied: "No, I did not."
Aaron was asked if he had referred to the Wild Things actress as "a **** whore and a piece of s***" on 4 July, the day he listed as their date of separation when he filed for divorce, but insisted he "never called her that" and denied having grabbed her arm or screamed at her when she ordered his family to move out of their house.
He added: "I’ve never called her a b****… I’ve called her a liar, yes. But not a b****, no."
In her testimony earlier in the week, Denise, 54, alleged Aaron had caused her multiple concussions and used equipment from his wellness centre to check for concussion, but he denied the claim.
And while on the stand, the former actor accused his estranged wife of having called him 17 times in less than a week after being granted a temporary restraining order, but he insisted he didn't answer any of them.
He said: "She has many phone numbers… some of them she had before and are inactive or she reactivated."
In her own testimony, Denise alleged Aaron had "caused at least three concussions", which she discovered after he used equipment at his clinic various times after she complained of headaches, nausea and "not feeling good".
She alleged one came when she had a black eye in January 2022, another was when Aaron allegedly “slammed me up against the concrete wall and my head hit it” while in the carport at the wellness centre somewhere between March and May of that year, and the third allegedly came in April 2025, when she accused her estranged spouse of having "squeezed" her head "so hard" at a Chicago gotel.
The World is Not Enough actress accused Aaron of having "often [threatened] to throw me through the windows and off balconies” of hotels.
She tearfully added: "He’s almost killed me so many damn times."
