Former Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor admits to having an 'addictive personality'
Reality TV star Jax Taylor has confessed to having an "addictive personality".

Jax Taylor has an "addictive personality".
The 45-year-old reality TV star recently confessed to being an "addict", and Jax has now revealed that he's tried to fill the void in his life with regular exercise.
Jax told Us Weekly: "I have an addictive personality, so when I stop one thing, I dive into another.
"I go to the gym; that’s my sanctuary. I love to lift weights, look at different fitness regimes, eating routines. It’s fun to me. That and my podcast, 'In the Mind of a Man.'"
Jax recently celebrated 100 days of sobriety, and the reality star is thrilled with the progress he's making.
Asked how many days he's been sober for, the former 'Vanderpump Rules' star said: "I’m between 107, 110, somewhere in there. I try not to count anymore. I just wanted to make it to 100. That was important to me."
Jax actually feels that he's now the healthiest he's "ever been".
Jax - who has Cruz, three, with Brittany Cartwright, his estranged wife - shared: "My life has changed dramatically.
"I’m probably the healthiest I’ve ever been, I feel the best I’ve ever been. And I don’t put myself in situations I’m not comfortable with. I know it’s weird because I do own a bar, but I’m a very strong person. If I say I’m not going to do something, I’m not going to do it."
Jax - who split from Brittany in 2024 - previously admitted that he's been battling a cocaine addiction for more than 20 years.
He said on the 'Hot Mic' podcast: "I have substance issues - primarily with cocaine. It’s hard to say out loud. I’ve been dealing with this on and off since I was 23 and now I’m 45.
"There was times where I would stop doing it but then there were times where I’d go heavy on it.
"I just want to let people know this is a really, really tough disease and it’s a really tough sickness."
Brittany subsequently claimed that she spent years trying to help Jax to "get better".
She said on the 'When Reality Hits' podcast: "No one wants Jax to be better more than I do, let’s be real.
"I tried and tried and tried for years to help this man get better and for us to be a happy family, I was deeply and madly in love with him, there’s no one that can ever deny that."
