I haven't used cash in years, says Iggy Azalea
Rap star Iggy Azalea has revealed that she doesn't use cash - and hasn't done so in years.
Iggy Azalea hasn't carried any cash in "years".
The 34-year-old rap star - who released her debut album, 'The New Classic', back in 2014 - has revealed that she never carries cash and she hasn't used it in years.
The 'Fancy' hitmaker told Us Weekly: "I don’t ever carry cash. I haven’t carried any cash in literally years."
Iggy moved from Australia to the US at the age of 16 in order to pursue a career in music. And now, Iggy feels "sentimental" when she goes to visit any of her friends, explaining that she keeps holds of her plane tickets so she can reminisce about the experience.
She said: "I went to go and visit someone the first time and that meant something to me [so] I kept the ticket."
Iggy has turned her focus towards her business ventures in recent years.
And the chart-topping star previously revealed some of the keys to her business successes.
Iggy - who has investments in the tech and telecommunications sectors - told Inc. magazine: "Growing as an artist and entrepreneur is always challenging and can be scary, but it's also such a necessary part of life."
Iggy believes it's ultimately important to view challenges as "opportunities".
Asked what advice she'd offer to aspiring entrepreneurs, Iggy replied: "Stay true to your vision, and don't be afraid to think outside the box. Embrace challenges and view them as opportunities."
Iggy believes she's always had an entrepreneurial approach to life.
The blonde beauty - who released her last album, 'The End of an Era', in 2021 - reflected: "I think I've always been an entrepreneur at heart - even in my music career.
"I've always taken charge of the business side as well as the creative. I see creativity and business as two sides of the same coin, and the goal is to let them inform each other.
"At its core, business innovation is another channel of creativity."
