Christina Hall’s estranged husband Josh Hall is attempting to block the sale of their $4.5 million home after she accused him of "stealing".
The pair split over the summer after three years of marriage and filed for divorce in July and now the split has turned nasty with Josh's lawyers filing a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of their home in Franklin, Tennessee after Christina put it on the market earlier this month.
According to DailyMail.com, Christina - who bought the home before she married Josh - allowed him to live in the property during September while it was unoccupied but he has since relocated.
The report states Christina asked Josh for written agreement to sell the home, but which he denied, and he claims to have presented her with a global settlement offer to end the dispute over the house but the reality star is said to have rejected the proposal on September 30 and then went on to put the house on the market.
Josh is said to have learned about the listing from social media and his legal documents suggest he's now being stung financially after moving to Tennessee to be with his wife.
According to the publication, Josh states in the paperwork: "My relocation to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our aforementioned Stipulation allowing me to enjoy this property throughout our separation.
"I will now suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase ... She is enjoying our community residenc. She is in control of our entire marital estate. She has cut me out of our businesses post-separation, impacting my earnings.
"Christina has continued to maintain the marital status quo while I have endured significant changes, to my detriment."
It comes after the pair aired their grievances about their split in posts on social media.
Joshua shared on his Instagram Story: "Cutting people off and letting them live with whatever delusional story suits them best, is top tier."
Hours later, Christina - who has three children from previous relationships - wrote on her own Story: "Remember when you said you never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog.
"I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can. With your mind on my money and my money on your mind "
Josh's representative branded his estranged wife's claims "false" and "libellous". They told People magazine in a statement: "Josh has said repeatedly that he wants to handle the divorce like an adult - in the courts, not in social media and the tabloids.
"Over and over again, Christina has insisted otherwise, creating public spectacles, but Josh has still stayed quiet. But now Christina is defaming him. "These are false, libellous claims. Josh hasn’t stolen a penny from her or her family. This is a red line, and Christina has crossed it.
"Instead of repeating Christina’s false statement, the media should ask why Christina keeps insisting on handling this matter in public instead of through the law."
