Justin Theroux thought "wow" the first time he saw his now-fiancee.

The 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' actor - who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston - met Nicole Brydon Bloom at a party and after one of his friends predicted he had found 'The One', he made the first move and went to talk to the 29-year-old actress.

Appearing on 'The Drew Barrymore Show', Justin said: "A friend of ours was having sort-of a party at their restaurant, bar.

"The first impression was wow. And then a friend of mine who was with me, literally the quote, [they] said, 'That's The One.' Like, we hadn't even met yet. And I was like, 'She's so stunning.' So I went over and started talking and things like that and it progressed."

Justin's explanation prompted him to offer to be Drew's "wingperson" and help her find a new partner.

The host exclaimed: “That happens?! I go out all the time. I never meet anyone!”

The 53-year-old star replied: “You gotta hang out with me. I’ll be your wingperson. I’ll take you around. Let’s do it.”

Drew then asked her 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle' co-star how he knew he wanted to "lock it down" with Nicole.

He replied: "It's one of those things that just develops."

And Justin then continued to offer relationship advice to the 49-year-old star, urging her to meet people "in real life".

He said: "It definitely has to be IRL, in real life. Don't rely on an app.

"Guys, someone needs to ask Drew out right now. I'm just saying it on national television. I'm just gonna put it out there."

The 'Leftovers' actor recently spoke about his excitement over his engagement to Nicole after over a year together, although he admitted he was "nervous" before popping the question.

He told The Times newspaper: "Of course I was nervous proposing. It is a question after all, so the answer isn’t guaranteed. But it was wonderful.”
