Beyonce will be honoured with the iHeartRadio Innovator Award next month.
The 42-year-old pop superstar will receive her prize in recognition of her taking "creative risks", as well as transforming her music and "influencing pop culture".
In a press release, iHeartMedia and FOX Entertainment said: "Throughout the years, the global cultural icon has created music that has topped the charts across multiple formats, while also architecting groundbreaking tours, including last year's RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR - the highest-grossing tour in history for both an R B artist and a Black female artist.
"Her recent release of 'TEXAS HOLD 'EM' from her upcoming COWBOY CARTER album on March 29, is officially the first song in music history to simultaneously chart across US Pop, Hot AC, AC, Country, Rhythmic, Hip Hop, R B and Triple A radio formats."
As well as her music success, the award also honours her "passion for philanthropy" through her BeyGOOD Foundation.
The ceremony - which takes place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on April 1 - will be hosted by Ludacris, who will also perform at the event.
He said in a statement: "I'm looking forward to hosting the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards and sharing the stage with some of the best in music.
"It will be an amazing night celebrating fan-favorite artists with special performances that fans won't want to miss."
Also on the bill are the likes of Justin Timberlake, Green Day, TLC, Jelly Roll and more, while there will be a special musical to tribute to Cher, who is receiving the iHeartRadio Icon Award.
Besides Beyonce herself, other nominees on the night include 21 Savage, Billie Eilish, Foo Fighters, Ice Spice, Luke Combs, Dua Lipa, Doja Cat, Drake, Fall Out Boy and Blink-182.
