Lala Kent feels Ariana Madix has profited from Tom Sandoval's cheating scandal.

The 38-year-old star split from Tom, 40, after it emerged that he had a months-long affair with Rachel Leviss, and Lala feels that Ariana has actually benefited from the on-screen drama.

Lala, 33, said on 'Vanderpump Rules': "She needs to come back to reality and remember who her friends are and what they've done for her."

On the other hand, Scheana Shay feels thrilled for her showbiz pal, following her recent success.

She said: "I'm so happy for her. Even her getting 'Dancing With the Stars', she knew how bad I wanted that. And I told her I'm so genuinely happy for you, I will be there every Monday you want me there.

"She does deserve everything she's getting right now and I'm so happy for her that she did not go down a dark spiral."

In January, Ariana made her debut on Broadway.

The reality star fulfilled a "life-long dream" by starring in a production of 'Chicago' at the Ambassador Theatre in New York City.

Speaking ahead of her Broadway debut, Ariana told PEOPLE: "To say this is a fulfilment of a life-long dream would be an understatement.

"This is quite literally everything to me. It's all I've ever wanted. And to be here now, having this full-circle moment ... I feel so beyond grateful."

Despite this, Ariana acknowledged that some people will still question her credentials as a performer.

Ariana - who also appeared on 'Dancing with the Stars' last year - explained: "I'm keenly aware what brought me here, but I don't want that to be what people think about when they leave the theatre.

"As cool as it is, it's very 'Hamilton' for me: I cannot throw away my shot. When I go out there, I really want people to say, 'She belongs here.' I don't want people to say, 'Oh, she got cast because of whatever and nothing else'.

"I'm here to prove to people that I deserve my opportunity."
