‘Star Wars’ and ‘James Bond’ movie posters set to make millions at auction
Rare movie posters for films including The Empire Strikes Back, King Kong and Thunderball are set to rake in cash at an auction in London later this month

Rare movie posters worth around £1.5 million are set to go under the hammer in London.
The huge memorabilia sale hosted by Propstore features more than 700 lots include a poster for 1980si sci-fi sequel 'Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back' which is considered "one of the most scarce and desirable of all posters in the 'Star Wars' trilogy".
It's expected to fetch between $15,000 and $20,000 when it goes under the hammer alongside a poster for the previous film in the series 'Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope' which could bring in between $6,000 and $12,000.
As well as the 'Star Wars' memorabilia, there's also plenty for 007 fans to get excited about as the sale will feature a large U.S. subway poster for James Bond movie 'Thunderball' which has an estimated price tag of between $10,00 and $20,00 while a similar subway poster for 'Goldfinger' is expected to bring in $5,000 to $10,00.

Also on offer are posters for 1933's 'King Kong' ($20,000–$40,000), 'The Philadelphia Story' ($6,000–$10,00), 'Blade Runner' ($2,000–$4,000) and 'Seven Samurai' ($10,000–$20,00).
The sale will also feature a number of posters from Elvis Presley's film career which come from the collection of former Metallica basist Jason Newsted which are expected to fetch $10,000 to $20,000.
The auctions will take place between November 14 and December 8 with bids taking place online, over the phone, or via absentee bidding.
