Caitlyn Jenner stays out of daughters' love lives
Caitlyn Jenner used to try and set Kendall and Kylie Jenner up on dates but knows they don't want to listen to her advice.
Caitlyn Jenner’s daughters won’t let her set them up on dates.
The 73-year-old former Olympian has learned to “stay out of” Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s relationships because they don’t like her interfering in their personal lives and won’t listen to her suggestions on potential suitors.
Caitlyn told Britain’s OK! magazine: “I’ve mentioned before, ‘I know somebody that would be just perfect for you’ and Kendall will go, ‘Don’t even bring that subject up. Dad, don’t even go there!’
“I learnt a long time ago to just stay out of it.”
But the reality star’s matchmaking skills aren’t needed at the moment because Kylie is dating actor Timothee Chalamet and Kendall is rumoured to be romancing singer Bad Bunny.
Caitlyn simply said: “All I can say is both Kendall and Kylie are extremely happy right now.
“As their dad, that makes me happy.”
Caitlyn admitted dating billionaire Kylie – who has two children with ex-partner Travis Scott – can be particularly “intimidating” for guys.
She said: “Kylie will pick someone up in a $75 million jet, brand spanking new, and take him to San Francisco for dinner.
“That would be a little intimidating for some guys.”
The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star is thrilled to see her daughters – who she has with ex-wife Kris Jenner – fulfilling their long-held ambitions.
She said: “When Kendall was 15, I was car-pooling her to school and she goes, really quiet out of nowhere, ‘I’m going to be a Victoria’s Secret model some day.’
“I say, ‘Yeah great.’
“But I like it when young people have a dream like that and they’re willing to work for it.
“Three years later, she paid her own way to New York Fashion Week and called me to say, ‘I got Marc Jacobs!’ ”
