Sugababes stars Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhán Donaghy have joined the line-up for Gogglebox's Stand Up to Cancer special.

The Hole in the Head hitmakers will feature alongside famous faces and regulars on the special episode of the Channel 4 favourite in aid of Stand Up to Cancer on Friday (23.10.26) at 9pm.

They said: "We are so excited to be part of Gogglebox together, a favourite show of ours, made even more special as part of Stand Up to Cancer."

Sugababes aren't the only celebrities to sign up for the special, as comedian Joe Lycett will watching the week's best TV with his aunties Margaret and Pauline.

They will be sharing hilarious and honest reactions to the biggest television moments of the past seven days as well as witnessing some poignant stories to raise awareness of Cancer Research UK.

Sugababes announced last month that they would be releasing a self-titled album in February 2027 – the first record from the original trio since their 2000 debut One Touch.

Keisha explained that she had to "take on a few giants" to win back the group's name in a long and expensive fight.

The 42-year-old singer told British Vogue: "I had the rights to the name from old contracts, and there was a lot of tricky things going on behind the scenes and, pretty much, I had to take on a few giants in order for that to happen… It wasn’t easy. There were a lot of things that went on financially."

Mutya, 41, doesn't feel that the years have dulled the Sugababes spark.

She said: "I mean, I still look at myself as quite young.

"It doesn’t feel like as many years as it’s been. I find it quite refreshing to always keep going out with new material and performing with the girls."

The album comprises 12 tracks and the lead single Ghost was released last month.

Siobhán, 42, said: "It came from something that happened to me with my first love.

"He essentially ghosted me before we even had the terminology for it… There’s something strange about grieving someone who’s still out there."

Gogglebox for Stand Up to Cancer airs this Friday 23rd October, on Channel 4 at 9pm.
