The Traitors winner Rachel Duffy thinks Maya Jama, James Acaster and King Kenny could be "in trouble".

BBC viewers are currently gripped by The Celebrity Traitors spinoff, and the latest episode had a massive cliffhanger with King Kenny, Maya Jama and James Acaster tasked with a murder in plain sight.

As part of the challenge, the trio have to make a Faithful yawn in a room where a certain perfume needed to be sprayed, before asking the contestant if they were "boring" them.

In the final moments of the episode, Maya and James kept yawning to try and sway Ross Kemp and Jerry Hall, which could prove their downfall.

Rachel, who won the fourth civilian series earlier this year, told Radio Times: "I really hope it's Ross because if Jerry yawns, the two guys are in trouble the next morning.

"I think Ross, you know, he's paranoid as it is and he thinks everything's sus. So yeah, if Jerry goes, he'll know exactly who it was."

Her fellow champion Traitor Stephen Libby agreed that things could become very difficult for the trio in the turret.

He added: "If Ross hasn't been murdered, then the Traitors are in a really sticky situation."

However, they both noted that Maya is doing a fantastic job as the only original Traitor still standing.

She and Richard E. Grant were the first two to be chosen, with James coming in as the first recruit.

Richard was the first player to be banished after outing himself as a Traitor, while Professor Hannah Fry was subsequently recruited and banished before Maya and James picked Kenny to bring themselves back to a trio.

Rachel said: "I think [Maya's] phenomenal and she's so steady, you know?

"And she has the right kind of temperament for it where she's just being herself, she's being cool and calm. So yeah, I love her."

Stephen admitted the game can be "quite heavy" for a Traitor keeping their identity a secret from the very beginning.

He explained: "It is a long shift being a Traitor from the very beginning, and it does start to kind of become... the burden becomes quite heavy, but she is just breezing through that castle with such ease.

"She's phenomenal."

The Celebrity Traitors continues tomorrow (22.10.26) at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
