Millie Mackintosh goes Instagram official with hunky boyfriend
Millie Mackintosh and her new man have made their relationship Instagram official, eight months after she split from her husband, Hugo Taylor.
Millie Mackintosh has gone Instagram official with her new man.
The Made in Chelsea alum split from her 40-year-old husband, co-star Hugo Taylor, in February after seven years of marriage, and Millie has gone on to strike up a romance with hunky fitness fanatic Matthew Tanner, who goes by Matty on social media.
Taking to Instagram on Monday (12.10.26), he posted a sweet selfie of himself and Millie, 37, out on a walk, which she later shared on her Instagram Stories, with the caption: "This girl tho. Perfect Sunday feels @milliemackintosh (sic)."
They made their first public appearance at the Boodles Old Bond Street opening on October 8, a week after Millie and Matthew were spotted walking hand-in-hand on a dog walk in Chelsea, London.
Earlier this month, it was reported that the beauty, who has daughters Sienna, six, and Aurelia, four, with Hugo, is in a "better place" with her new man, who works as a Global Solutions Director and Programme Director at Robert Walters Consultancy.
A source told Metro: "Millie’s split from Hugo was difficult; they’d been together for so many years after all. And they have two daughters together.
"It’ll undoubtedly upset him to see her with a new man, but she’s in a much better place, and Matthew has really helped to get her to that point."
Matthew was an amateur rugby player, but he quit the sport last year following a knee injury, and he now does endurance racing and ultra-marathons.
His Instagram biography states training blocks for the Barcelona Marathon in 2027, a London Backyard Ultra in 2027, and the Marathon des Sables Ultra in 2028.
Matthew attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2008 until 2013, and he received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Nutrition, per his LinkedIn profile.
It is not known how he and Millie met, but they may have connected on the celebrity dating app Raya, which she had signed up for in June to find someone "emotionally intelligent".
A source told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: "Millie isn’t wasting any time and is getting herself back out there.
"As a busy mum-of-two, meeting new people can be tough, so her mates egged her on to sign up to Raya.
"They even put on Lizzo’s About Damn Time as her song as a bit of an in-joke.
"Millie isn’t going to be rushing into a new relationship, but she’s looking forward to going on some dates and meeting new people. She was with Hugo for a long time, and they share a lot of history together, as well as two daughters.
"But Millie is open to having some fun and getting out there again."
On her Raya profile, the blonde beauty reportedly describes herself as a "creator, entrepreneur and author".
It is claimed Millie's bio states that "emotional intelligence is what I find attractive".
The Sun also reported that the author's profile mentions she likes "deep chats" and "sushi", as well as saunas, walks and coffee.
Millie and Hugo started dating on E4's Made in Chelsea in 2011, and they got married in 2018 - their legal ceremony took place at Chelsea Town Hall, followed by a big bash at Whithurst Park in West Sussex.
In February, the Daily Mail reported that Millie and Hugo split and are focused on co-parenting their children amicably.
A source said: "Millie and Hugo are currently going through a separation and have sadly decided to split.
"They have known each other for many years, and in recent weeks, have had serious conversations about their future, ultimately deciding it's better for them both to part ways.
"Their main priority remains their children and family life, and separating is not something they ever hoped would happen.
"At present, they are considering what living apart might look like and how they plan to navigate co-parenting their young children.
"It's been an incredibly difficult start to the year, and one they hope to continue managing in private."
And in March, The Sun on Sunday newspaper reported that Millie and Hugo had filed for divorce and appointed legal teams.
A friend said: "Fans will be sad to hear that their relationship is really over, but the pair just want a clean break.
"Millie and Hugo are committed to co-parenting their two young children and keeping everything stable.
"They are still very amicable with each other and have a lot of respect for one another.
"They want the divorce to go through as painlessly as possible and are focusing on work in the meantime."
Millie was previously married to rapper Professor Green from 2013 until 2016.
