Emmerdale's Katie Hill was rushed to hospital after she stepped on a nail while renovating her house.
The 23-year-old actress - who plays Sarah Dingle in the ITV soap - was forced to pause her home renovation work following the painful accident on Monday (10.08.26).
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Katie penned: "This may be a long shot but are there any nail techs in Leeds that could fit me in either tomorrow or Wednesday, message me if so!
"Had to cancel my appointment today due to stepping on a nail and having to go to a+e. House renovation going well... (sic)."
Katie's A+E dash comes three months after she admitted her "life won't be the same" following the death of her dog, Millie, aged 16.
The entertainer took to Instagram and posted multiple adorable shots of herself and the pooch over the years, with the caption: "Our little millie moo. The best dog ever. 16 years of loving you, life won’t be the same without you.
"I’ll never forget all the beautiful memories we made. Sleep tight little baby, we will miss you so much and love you forever. (sic)"
Katie and her family received messages of support from her Emmerdale co-stars and fans in the post's comments section.

Katie has played Sarah Sugden since 2017, making her the fifth actress to play the character.
Sarah - the daughter of Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb) and Andy Sugden (Kelvin Fletcher) - was previously portrayed by Sophia Amber Moore, Amber Child-Cavill, Lucy Warren, and Lily-May Bartley.
