Molly Smith fears medical condition will 'get worse' on wedding day

Molly Smith fears she will "shake really bad" on her wedding day, due to a neurological condition.
The Love Island All Stars victor suffers from an essential tremor - a common condition that causes involuntary, rhythmic shaking, most frequently in the hands and arms - and it "gets worse" when she is anxious.
As a result, Molly is concerned she might have a shaking episode when she marries her fiancé and fellow show winner Tom Clare next month.
Speaking on her NearlyWeds podcast, Molly said: "We shake really bad.
"It's hereditary, we have an essential tremor and we do shake really bad.
"So we're both going to be going [shakes] because when I get more nervous and anxious it gets worse.
"Do you know on Love Island everyone was tweeting like, 'Oh my god she is so annoying with the shakes,' because on the final I was shaking.
"So it gets 10 times worse."
Molly's dad suffers from the same condition, and the pair are gearing up to support each other when he walks her down the aisle.
She added: "But my dad is the same, so he's going to be trying to hold me and I'll be clinging to him and we're both going to be like this [shakes] walking down the aisle. Can you imagine."
Last month, Tom gushed over Molly, insisting there is "not one fault" about his bride-to-be.
He told OK!: "I always say the real test is when you come out of the Villa and you’re faced with real life but with me and Molly I just knew from early on.
"We bought a house together after four months, I just knew. It was something I hadn’t felt before with anyone. I knew she was the woman I wanted to grow old with and spend the rest of my life with.
"We have the same interests, we get on, our families love each other. There's not one fault really. I feel very lucky."
Tom, 26, told how he had set his sights on hooking up with Molly, 32, before he even entered All Stars' South African villa.
He added: "I don't think there is a secret really. I was just myself in there and I trusted in the process. I got stuck in, I got involved.
"It really brings out all your emotions in that place. Maybe I just got really lucky with Molly but I tell her all the time, she was my number one before I even got into the villa."
