The couple - who got married at Manchester Cathedral in July 2025 - are parents to baby girl Constance Ita Shepherd, who was born on June 26.
On Sunday (28.06.26), Jack, 38, and fashion influencer Hanni, 37, took to Instagram to announce her arrival with an adorable shot of them holding the newborn's hand, with the caption: "Constance Ita Shepherd.
"Our beautiful baby girl has arrived, born peacefully at home, surrounded by love.
"26.6.26."
Jack's Coronation Street co-stars and fans showered the David Platt actor and Hanni with congratulatory messages in the post's comments section.
Tina O'Brien (Sarah Platt) penned: "Congratulations to you both xxxx (sic)."
Sally Dynevor (Sally Metcalfe) typed: "Oh wonderful so happy for you, what a beautiful name. Lots of love to you all xxxx (sic)."
Sam Aston (Chesney Brown) wrote: "Wonderful news! Congratulations guys. Born at home aswell (sic)."
One of Jack's supporters reacted: "A precious baby girl, just like momma, Wishing you ALL the love in the world xxx (sic)."
A second follower commented: "Congratulations to you both and welcome to the world Constance xx (sic)."
And a third fan said: "Ahhhhh how lovely. I'm so happy for you both. What a lovely name :); I hope you are all keeping well. Sending my best wishes to you all :) (sic)."
On Valentine's Day (14.02.26), Jack and Hanni revealed in a sweet Instagram video that they were expecting their first baby together.
Hanni posted a video of them walking in the grounds of a country house before Jack cradled and kissed her bump.
The sweet upload was captioned: "We've been keeping a secret…June 2026. Thank you so much to the dream team who made this so special for us."
Jack and Hanni met on Coronation Street when she worked as a storyliner on the ITV soap from December 2018 until November 2020.
He popped the question during a safari holiday in 2024, and they tied the knot at Manchester Cathedral in July 2025.
Celebrity Big Brother 2025 champion Jack is already a dad to Nyla Rae and Ruben with ex-fiancee Lauren Shippey and son Greyson with his former partner Sammy Milewski.
