In a ‘reflection video’ posted aftwerwards, Nina revealed she had started planning the wedding eight months ago when the pair found a perfect venue.
She said: "What an amazing day. I don’t think I will ever get over it.
“When we viewed the venue I had two visions - Bridgerton and Lord of the Rings which I am a massive fan of both.
“I decided on a Bridgerton theme and paid an Etsy witch for good weather.
“It was so magical. Thank you to everyone who has congratulated us. It really does mean a lot.”
Guests at the wedding were able to enjoy a photobooth, a bouncy castle and crazy golf, whilst canopes included mini jacket potaoes filled with beans before a three course meal.
Jacob and Nina got married in March 2025, with potato king popping the question on stage during a music concert.
Nina shared the moment on her own Instagram page (ninadixon28) and praised Jacob for being a truly special man who came into her life several Christmases ago and who welcomed her two children into his life with open arms.
She wrote: "What an absolutely incredible weekend I don’t think I’ve cried and smiled so much at the same time I am now a FIANCÉ.
"I can’t believe how many emotions I felt in that moment without delving too deep into my life I just never thought that would be me. I have found someone to share my life with who I connect with and we have grown together on so many levels. I knew when Jacob messaged me about being on my own on Christmas Day 7 years ago that he was a special kind person. He’s quickly fell in love with me, Millie and Keaton and in 7 years he’s never once made me feel different to any other girl for having two children.
"I am so proud of the man he is as crazy as our lives are my children and our normal little life will always be my priority.
"I’ve spent this weekend with my babies, friends, family including my special nephew which meant the world to me and Mother’s Day was completed with Keatons football team winning the league I feel blessed and always know my family in heaven are watching down on me especially my big brother 🩵 thank you to everyone who has congratulated us your kind words mean everything."
Jacob and his brother Harley took over their father's traditional jacket potato stall in Preston three years ago and created a viral food business that is now expanding into 30 shops over the next three years.
The brothers have over 8 million followers across social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram and celebrity fans of their food include Will Smith, Mr. Beast, Jessie J and Ant and Dec.
