The 29-year-old beauty - who previously dated Liam Reardon - has announced via social media that she's split from Zac, three months after they finished as runners-up on Love Island: All Stars.
Millie - who starred on Love Island: All Stars following her second break-up from Liam - wrote on a Snapchat story: "Hey gang. Zac and I both love our lives and our homes, and that makes it harder to know what a future could be, so we've agreed that we'd prefer to remain friends x. (sic)"
Millie spent a month in Zac's hometown of Arizona after their stint on Love Island, and although their romance hasn't worked out, she retains fond memories of their time together.
The blonde beauty wrote: "BUT we have had the best time travelling together since the show, it's been a whirlwind and I loved every minute x tysm for all your love and support. (sic)"
Millie and Liam split for the second time in 2025, with their long-distance dynamic being cited as the reason for their break-up.
A source told The Sun Online at the time: "Millie and Liam have tried so hard to make their relationship work.
"But unfortunately, the distance was just difficult and they have sadly ended their relationship for a second time.
"Obviously, they've worked things out before, so friends are hoping this might just be a blip as it's all still very fresh. But right now they are spending time apart. Everyone who loves them hopes they can work it out."
The celebrity duo did their best to make it work - but the distance proved to be too difficult to overcome, with Liam being based in Wales while Millie was in England.
An insider told the Daily Mail: "Liam and Millie tried to make it work but eventually it just wasn't meant to be.
"Nobody thought they were going to get back together after their initial split, so they've done well lasting this long - especially as their lives are based in Wales and Essex respectively.
"But Liam just wasn't feeling it towards the end and it was he who instigated the breakup.
"Millie is gutted but is being a trouper and getting on with life, supported by her girls."
