In March, Married at First Sight UK's Amy Christophers announced that she and her boyfriend, Darren Pellow, are expecting their first child together, and now Amy has given a big update on their pregnancy journey.
Married at First Sight UK's Amy Christophers has marked a big pregnancy milestone.
The 39-year-old reality TV star beamed with happiness as she celebrated being halfway through her pregnancy - two months after Amy announced that she and her 43-year-old boyfriend, rugby player-turned-businessman Darren Pellow, were expecting their first child together.
Amy posted elated shots of herself holding up ultrasound pictures while cradling her glowing baby bump in a kitchen on Instagram on Tuesday (05.05.26), with the caption: "Half Baked. (9 days later) 21 weeks and 2 days now. (sic)"
The brunette beauty admitted it feels surreal.
Amy continued: "Still think I’m gonna wake up and it was all a dream! It’s actually crazy there’s a human growing inside me! Still blows my mind how incredible women’s bodies are. (sic)"
Her fans flooded the post's comments with love, as one penned: "Looking absolutely blooming lovely Amy. Keep enjoying your maternity."
A second supporter typed: "Pregnancy suits you. You really are glowing. Baby is baking nicely. Soon be here."
And a third follower wrote: "Woohoo not long to go now! You look beautiful xx (sic)."
In March, Amy announced that she and Darren - who has two children from a previous relationship - are expecting their first child together.
She told Heat magazine: "It’s a bit of a shock. We had spoken about starting to try for a baby around the end of this year, but it just came early. It was an unexpected, happy surprise.
"I’ve wanted to be a mum for as long as I can remember, even as a child when I’d blow out my candles on my birthday, I’d wish that a baby would be left on my doorstep so that I could look after it."
Amy added: "I can’t wait to feel that bond when I hold my baby for the first time. I can’t believe I’m going to be a mum! Even though I’ve known since before people normally find out, it still hasn’t really sunk in yet. There are some days where the symptoms fade, and then you just start to worry, but so far it's all good.
"The midwives and everything have been really reassuring and lovely, so that's been nice."
Amy shot to fame on E4's Married at First Sight in 2021, in which she married Joshua Christie. Although their relationship did not work out, Amy went on to find her happily ever after with Darren - who she first crossed paths with 23 years ago.
The pair's romance blossomed in November 2025 after he messaged Amy on the dating app Hinge.
