The 39-year-old star - who did the MTV reality TV show in 2016 - was "overwhelmed" with emotion as he and his fiancee, Pilates teacher Emma Louise, welcomed baby boy Milo into the world on April 21.
Joss - who ditched reality TV to become a fitness coach - was thrilled to introduce his and Emma's bundle of joy to his Instagram followers on Thursday (24.04.26), and he shared cute shots of the couple bonding with Milo in a Dubai hospital after the birth.
The cute post was captioned: "Milo Mooney | 21/04/26 | 13:41.
"I don’t think anything really prepares you for this. The nerves, the thoughts, the unknown…all of it hits at once."
Joss then expressed his pride in his partner.
The Challenge: Final Reckoning alum continued: "Emma…I respected you before. I loved you before. But seeing what you’ve just gone through puts everything into perspective.
"What a woman goes through makes everything I’ve ever done feel small. I’ve never been more proud of you."
Joss then shared his excitement about becoming a first-time dad.
He added: "And then there’s you, little Milo. I can’t even explain the feeling. It’s something I’ve heard about, been told about, but until you live it, you don’t understand it.
"The emotion is overwhelming. The responsibility hits. And suddenly your whole view on life shifts."
And Joss cannot wait to see what the future has in store as a family of three.
He concluded the lengthy caption: "Everything feels different now. Clearer, bigger, more important.
"This is the start of a new chapter for all of us. Welcome to the world, son."
Joss' fans rushed to the post's comments section to congratulate him and Emma - who got engaged in June 2025.
One person penned: "Huge congratulations brother.
Massive respect to Emma as well - what an incredible woman. Welcome to the world, Milo. Wishing you both strength, health and all the happiness in this new chapter. (sic)"
A second supporter typed: "Congratulations @jossmooney the best dad. Boy beautiful , welcome baby (sic)."
