Junior Andre and Princess Andre have reportedly signed up for Celebrity Race Across the World.

It has been claimed that the pair - whose parents are 52-year-old singer Peter Andre and 47-year-old former glamour model Katie Price - left London on Tuesday (24.02.26) to film the BBC show, which sees celebrity duos ditch luxury for backpacks as they battle it out in a mammoth international race.

And the programme's bosses wanted to sign Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, following the latter's successful ITV2 fly-on-the-wall reality show, The Princess Diaries.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Princess and Junior have proven themselves to be well-mannered, hardworking kids, and opportunities continue to come their way.

"Execs were impressed with the ratings for The Princess Diaries, but also how they came across.

"They’re brilliant signings for Celeb Race as they bring with them a younger audience.

"But bosses are also looking forward to seeing how they cope with the stripped-back style of travelling as they’re more at home in five-star hotels than a hostel."

The 2025 series of Celebrity Race Across the World - which had a 5,900km route from Isla Mujeres, Mexico, to the Peninsula de La Guajira in Colombia - was won by The One Show co-presenter Roman Kemp, 33, and his 36-year-old sister, singer Harley Moon Kemp.

Junior and Princess' reported signing for the show - of which the location for the new series is not yet known - comes amid Katie's shock wedding to 41-year-old businessman Lee Andrews.

The couple tied the knot in Dubai last month - just days after they first met.

In October 2025, ITV confirmed that The Princess Diaries - in which cameras follow the 18-year-old star as she juggles life as an influencer, as well as growing up in the spotlight - is returning for a second series in 2026 after the first season hit 6.4 million streams.

Amanda Stvri, commissioning editor for Reality and Entertainment at ITV, said: "Princess dominated sidebars and social media throughout the Summer, and as our streams show, the ITV audience wholeheartedly embraced her.

"Now reality fans can look forward to not one but two more chapters in Princess’ story as we line up two new series for next year, as Princess embraces independence and adulthood."

The Princess Diaries - of which series one was filmed just before Princess turned 18 - is produced by Optomen, part of All3Media.

Tina Flintoff, Creative Director for Optomen, said: "Princess is such a pleasure to work with. We’re delighted the series did so well and that we've been given the opportunity to continue bringing her story to life.

"Princess has so many exciting ventures planned over the next six months, and we can't wait to share them with her fans."
