Olivia Attwood's life is "pretty chaotic" following her split from Bradley Dack.
The 34-year-old TV star and Bradley, 32, recently called time on their relationship, and Olivia has now revealed how she's adjusting to her new lifestyle.
In a video posted on Instagram, Olivia - who first met Bradley at a nightclub back in 2015 - shared: "Thought I would just jump on, just say hello. It's been a minute. I'm still hanging in. I go to work. I unpack five million boxes.
"Sleep, repeat and live on coffee. That is basically my life and it's pretty chaotic still. I'm kind of getting there, but it's a process."
Olivia - who married Bradley in 2023 - addressed the breakdown of their relationship last week, revealing that she was crying herself to sleep amid her relationship heartbreak.
She wrote at the time: 'I keep opening Instagram to post, but I don't know what to say or do? lol vulnerability is not my bag!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark-infested waters..
"I cry myself to sleep, then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time.
"But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that (Taurus).
"I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I'm in over my depth for sure.
"I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us. and anyone else who needs to read this.
"Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely. (sic)"
Olivia's TV career has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and a source recently observed that she "now firmly stands on her own two feet".
The insider told the Daily Mail: "In the beginning of their relationship he was obviously the big earner as a footballer, and she now firmly stands on her own two feet. She doesn't need him at all anymore, she can be totally independent."
