Olivia Bowen says 'definitely no more babies'
Olivia Bowen and her husband, Alex Bowen, are parents to two children, and she feels their family is complete.
Olivia Bowen does not want any more children.
The 32-year-old TV personality and her 34-year-old husband, reality star Alex Bowen - whom she met on Love Island in 2016 - have son Abel, three, and daughter Siena, five months, and Olivia feels her family is complete.
Asked how the couple finds juggling two children, Olivia told the new issue of Heat magazine: "You do feel like you're chasing your tail all the time.
"But just the little moments, like when we see Abel engaging with Siena and her smiling at him, it's all so worth it.
"It just feels like we're complete now - definitely no more babies!"
Alex noted that he and his spouse - who got married at Gosfield Hall, Essex, in September 2018 - felt more confident as parents following Siena's arrival, compared to when Abel was born.
Alex explained: "When we first had Abel, obviously you don't know exactly anything you're doing anyway, like how to change a nappy.
"But this time, it jogs your memory and you kind of get back into the swing of things."
However, the hunk admitted that sharing his and Olivia's love equally between their bundles of joy has been challenging.
Alex continued: "But then, with having two kids, you've got to share your love almost. Even though you love them equally, it's hard to separate them sometimes."
Last year, the pair opened up their lives to camera in the six-part ITV reality series, Olivia and Alex: Parenthood.
Viewers got intimate access to the couple's next step in life as they grow their young family from three to four, whilst dealing with the emotional aftermath of losing one of their twins eight weeks into her pregnancy due to vanishing twin syndrome.
The type of miscarriage happens where one foetus is lost, often during the first trimester, and is later absorbed by the mum's body or the surviving twin.
Despite Olivia and Alex previously being open to letting their relationship play out in public, he said doing the fly-on-the-wall series was "more of a difficult decision".
Alex explained: "There were a lot of things we said we wouldn't film with the kids in. We're very open, and you see pretty much everything, but there'd be stuff like Abel eating or running around in his pants, little things like that, we said we didn't want to show."
Agreeing, Olivia added: "We had to make sure this was going to be comfortable for us and for the children.
"It just seemed like the perfect time to do it, and we'd worked with the production team before, which really helped with feeling at ease when filming."
And Olivia is all for doing a second season of her and Alex's Parenthood show.
Asked if that is something they would do, she said: "I think we would. The reason we did the series is because there was so much going on, and we wanted other parents to see the realness and the authenticity.
"So, I don't know what's going to happen this year, like whether or not it's going to be worth filming.
"I guess we'll just see what happens."
