In Here and Now, Sally will join forces with Lara Denning, who plays Caz, Jacqui Dubois, who is Vel, and Blake Patrick Anderson, who portrays Robbie.
Rosie Singha portrays Neeta, River Medway is Jem, Chris Grahamson plays Gareth, Edward Baker-Duly is Max, Ben Darcy plays Ben, John Stacey is Lesley and Lauren Woolf is in the role of Tracey.
The cast is completed by Georgia Christofi, Kade Ferraiolo, Albert Green, Harry Jack, Casey Jay, Charlie-Jay Johnson, Rosemary Annabella Nkrumah, Dean Rickards, Markus Södergren, Genevieve Taylor and Jessica Vaux.
Jack Palmer also joins the show as Off Stage Swing.
Written by Shaun Kitchener, the musical is produced by Steps and ROYO with Pete Waterman.
Here and Now includes Steps hits One for Sorrow, Better The Devil You Know, Deeper Shade of Blue, 5, 6, 7, 8 and more.
Sally announced her departure from Coronation Street last August.
She wrote: "I was supposed to stay for five months but ended up doing an extra ten years because I loved it so much!
"It's time though to play the parts I always hoped I would when I'd 'grown up'.
"Thanks Trafford Wharf Rd for the memories and endless laughter x."
She last appeared on screen as Jenny in October.
