Vanessa Williams reveals ITV game show she watches 'almost daily'

Despite her busy schedule amid playing Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada Musical, Vanessa manages to find time to tune into the ITV show in which four strangers work as a team to answer general knowledge questions to defeat the Chaser, the nation's finest quiz brains, to win money.
The 62-year-old actress told HELLO! magazine: "You guys do [game shows] so well. I watch The Chase almost daily."
As Vanessa adores British game shows, she has jumped at the chance to appear on some, including ITV's Celebrity Catchphrase, in which three stars battle it out to solve a series of catchphrases acted out on animations first to win money for their charities.
The Ugly Betty alum also did BBC's Blankety Blank - in which two civilian contestants have to match the missing word of statements and phrases with the help of a celebrity panel.
And Vanessa relished the experiences, adding: "I love game shows!"
Elsewhere, the star recently said she would not be opposed to a reboot of the ABC mystery comedy-drama Desperate Housewives - which ran from 2004 until 2012.
In October 2025, Vanessa - who played Renee Perry in seasons seven and eight of the show, which followed a close group of housewives live in Wisteria Lane, a neighbourhood full of secrets, crime, romances and domestic struggles - told The Mirror: "I don't know when things are so successful with that initial spark, it's sometimes hard to capture lightning in a bottle again.
"But believe me, if the old group decided they wanted to get back together and I got a call..."
