Coronation Street star Paula Lane and her husband Tom Shaw have welcomed their third child into the world.
Coronation Street star Paula Lane has given birth to her third child.
The actress - who played Kylie Platt in the ITV soap from 2010 until the character was killed off in 2016 - and her husband, Emmerdale alum Tom Shaw, both 39, already have son Arthur, 11, and daughter Penny, nine, and now they have welcomed a baby boy called Patrick into the world.
Paula - who most recently had a stint in Emmerdale and played Ella Forster until last year - took to Instagram on Wednesday (07.01.26) and shared a series of cute photos of her, Tom and their black Labrador bonding with their new bundle of joy.
Paula - who could be seen cradling Patrick, who donned a pale blue knitted hat and was wrapped up in a white winter coat - captioned the sweet upload with: "Welcome to the ranch Patrick we are all completely and utterly in love. So longed for...thank you for completing us. (sic)"
The couple were congratulated by stars of Coronation Street and Emmerdale in the post's comments section.
Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley (Mandy Dingle) penned: "Sending the hugest amount of love to you Tom and the children from Me and Al…..Patrick will be loved and loved some more. CONGRATULATIONS (sic)."
Coronation Street's Catherine Tyldesley (Eva Price) typed: "Awwww babe!!! Huge congratulations love you xxx (sic)."
Emmerdale cast member Laura Norton (Kerry Wyatt) left: "Amazing congrats beautiful (sic)."
And Coronation Street performer Samia Longchambon (Maria Connor) said: "Congratulations Paula! Beautiful news xxx (sic)."
Laura's fans also reacted to her and Tom's joyous news.
One supporter wrote: "Wooo congratulations Paula so happy for you. He’s gorgeous (sic)."
A second person penned: "Awww Paula, massive congrats to you all xxx (sic)."
A third user typed: "Congratulations! Sending big hugs to all 5 of you across the sea xxx (sic)."

The couple - who met at Huddersfield Technical College when they were teenagers - announced that they were expecting a third child on Instagram in August 2025.
Captioning a picture of her baby scan alongside cards to her children, Arthur and Penny, Paula - who got engaged to Tom during a romantic stay in York in December 2011, and wed at Leeds Cathedral in May 2014 - wrote: "Some special news to share from us @sirtomshaw. Christmas just got a bit more magical.
"Our baby boy due December 2025. (sic)"
