Home and Away star Adam Rowland is engaged.

The 31-year-old actor - who plays Remi Carter in the Australian soap - popped the question to his longtime girlfriend Olivia Lewis on Arthur's Seat, a hill in Edinburgh, Scotland, against a stunning sunset backdrop.

Adam shared a shot of the romantic moment on Instagram on Tuesday (06.01.26) and captioned it with: "Our Favourite Sunrise (sic)."

His Home and Away co-stars and fans rushed to the post's comments section to congratulate the couple.

Angie Thomson (Kirby Aramoana) penned: "AHHHHHH CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH YAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! (sic)"

Emily Symons (Marilyn Chambers) wrote: "Congratulations to you both how excitinggggg (sic)."

Stephanie Panozzo (Eden Fowler) typed: "Ahhh congratulations legends!!! (sic)"

One supporter left: "Awww Congrats guys!! So beautiful (sic)."

Another user expressed: "Congratulations! So exciting, best news ever. Can’t wait to celebrate when you’re back!"

And a third fan exclaimed: "THE BEST NEWS EVRRRRRR (sic)."

Adam has played Remi on Home and Away since 2022.

His alter ego plays the lead guitarist for a band in the soap called Lyrik - which is also formed of Kirby, Eden and Bob Forsyth (Rob Mallet).

In February 2025, Adam revealed he was in a band growing up.

He told The Post: "I had one with two of my mates I grew up with, but we didn't take it too far.

"We did a bunch of little gigs around our hometown, just a few little gigs, and then, aside from that, just lots of sort of open-mic stuff growing up, and jamming, mostly."

Music has always been a big part of Adam's life.

He continued: "Music for me has always been quite therapeutic, and an enjoyable pastime."

Adam's character, Remi, was caught up in a horror train crash, which ended the 2025 season of Home and Away on a heartbreaking cliff-hanger.

Viewers have been left asking themselves if he survived the catastrophe or not.

In December 2024, Home and Away fans learnt how Adam spends Christmas and Boxing Day.

He told TV WEEK: "I grew up in Albury-Wodonga [on the NSW-Victoria border].

"The family gets together, and Mum puts on a big spread for lunch, then we fall into a food coma.

"I spend Boxing Day with a bunch of old school mates, playing backyard cricket. It’s going to be nice to unwind after a hectic year."

Also, that year, Adam admitted he had never watched the breathtaking New Year’s Eve fireworks on Sydney Harbour.

He added: "I’m thinking maybe I should stick around and check them out."
