Big Brother star Henry Southan felt 'lost' after Jordan Sangha split
Big Brother's Henry Southan has reflected on a mixed year after his split from co-star Jordan Sangha in April left him feeling “a bit lost,” crediting loved ones’ support for helping him heal.
Big Brother's Henry Southan felt "a bit lost" after he and show co-star Jordan Sangha split.
In April, Henry, 27, was saddened when he and Jordan, 28, announced their break-up via Instagram - over a year after they met on the ITV social experiment programme in 2023, and subsequently struck up a romance, and Henry overcame the heartbreak thanks to loved ones' support.
Captioning an Instagram photo carousel - with no shots including Jordan - that highlighted Henry's year on Monday (30.12.25), he wrote: "2025 draws to a close - thank God. (Mostly joking… mostly.)
"Here are some of the good parts of what has, let’s face it, been a fairly mixed year.
"Jokes aside, I think it’s important to be honest when you have a platform. While this year brought some wonderful moments - and I’m hugely grateful that work has been good - it hasn’t always been the easiest emotionally.
"The end of a relationship you thought might be forever can knock the wind out of you, and for a while, I felt a bit lost. What carried me through was the unwavering support of my nearest and dearest, who showed up in ways I’ll never forget - you know who you are.
"I also want to say thank you to everyone who’s followed, messaged, checked in, and quietly supported me this year. It’s meant more than you’ll ever know, and I don’t take it lightly."
Looking ahead to 2026, Henry - who remains close friends with Jordan - hopes that it will be better than 2025.
He ended his year of reflection post with: "I’m heading into the new year feeling hopeful, steadier, and ready to grab what’s next with both hands!"
In April, Henry and Jordan - who won the 20th series of Big Brother in 2023 - announced that their relationship was over.
Jordan wrote on Instagram: "After many happy times, memories and precious experiences, Henry and I have parted ways.
"I want to thank everyone who has supported us. We will always remain close friends. Cheers x."
Henry - who came third on the show behind Jordan and 25 year old Olivia Young - shared a similar statement on his Instagram Stories.
He wrote: "After a lot of thought, Jordan and I have decided to go our separate ways. It's incredibly sad, and we're both hurting, but we know it's the right step.
"We're so grateful for the love and support you've shown us - thank you. Please give us some space as we figure things out privately."
