Love Island alum Megan Moore has shared a cryptic post about her "deserving better" just days after splitting from Dejon Noel-Williams.

The 26-year-old payroll specialist and the 27-year-old personal trainer publicly announced that their romance was over via a statement on their Instagram Stories on December 22 - almost a fortnight after it was reported they broke up following an explosive row whilst on a luxurious holiday in Egypt.

And on Sunday (28.12.25), Megan took to her Instagram Stories to share a quote that read: "Normalize saying 'I deserve better' because you absolutely do.

"Repeat it like a mantra, and let it sink deep within you. Don't let fear or doubt hold you back from claiming the love, respect and happiness you deserve.

"You're worthy of more. Never settle for less."

The former couple met on the ITV2 matchmaking show's 2025 summer series, and they were the only Islanders to stay together from the start of the show before being dumped days before the grand final.

On December 22, Dejon was heartbroken to announce that he and Megan - who had been subject to split rumours since they left the ITV show's Mallorca, Spain, villa in August - had separated.

In a text post written in black font on a white background, he penned on his Instagram Stories: “It is with great sadness that I have parted ways with Meg after almost seven months together.

"Navigating a relationship after the intensity of the villa has incredible memories, but also came with difficulties, especially being in the public eye, trying to incorporate work as a personal trainer and setting up a new business along the way.

"I wish things could have been different and this next period of adjustment will be hard for us both, but I wish Meg nothing but the best for the future."

He concluded his message with a red-heart emoji.

And Megan - who declared her and Dejon's relationship was "stronger than ever" in November - also shared her statement on her Instagram Stories.

In a text post written in white font on a black background, the "gutted" star wrote: "To all of you.

"It saddens me that I’ve had to write this unexpectedly but I always want to be honest with everyone that’s supported me and followed me along my journey in finding love!

"I am truly gutted to announce that mine and Dejon’s relationship has come to an end.

"I’m so grateful for all the good times we shared and I want to thank you all for the support and love you gave to me and us through our relationship.

"You’ve all been an amazing part of this journey. All I ask of now is please respect my privacy and have a little patience and understanding as I try to navigate this turn.

“Meg x"

Earlier this month, a pal of the former couple claimed to The Sun that the pair hoped their Egypt trip would "smooth things over" between them after "rowing non-stop recently".

However, the friend said Dejon and Megan "had another massive row and called it a day, even cutting all ties on socials".
