Chloe Brockett blames weight-loss jabs for increased vision problems
TOWIE star Chloe Brockett is blaming weight-loss jabs for her increased eyesight problems, which have resulted in her needing to wear contact lenses full-time.
Chloe Brockett is "convinced" she has suffered from increased eyesight problems because of weight-loss jabs.
Since taking the medication, the TOWIE star has suffered from mood swings, tiredness, and sweet food cravings, and she now has to wear contact lenses full-time.
She told The Sun: "I noticed that my vision was starting to be impacted.
"My eyesight’s never been great, but I never had to wear glasses when driving. Suddenly I noticed, ‘Oh my god I cannot drive without my glasses on’. Then I couldn’t even see my dashboard without my glasses on. It got really bad.
"Now I have to wear contacts full time. If I haven’t got my contacts in I literally can’t see you and I’m convinced it’s because of the skinny jab."
Chloe decided against seeking weight-loss jab advice from a doctor, because she was prescribed the injections by her nurse friend.
She added: "I didn’t go to the doctor, because I was worried about them judging me.
"You know they’re gonna ask you, ‘Well, why are you taking that skinny jab? You’re not fat’."
Chloe confessed she could've "just gone to the gym" to try to shed some pounds, and she now does just that, as well as Pilates - but she still injects weight-loss jabs, saying: "I guess you’ve got to pay a price to be skinny."
In May, Chloe told how she previously lied about her age to ensure she could have fillers aged 16 - because she was desperate to emulate model Kylie Jenner's appearance.
She told Closer magazine: "I was desperate to get my lips bigger, like [Kylie's].
"I had them done at 16 which is actually illegal. It's not the clinic's fault because I lied about my age.
"I was absolutely addicted.
"It gets to the point where you enjoy the shock factor. I loved people looking at my lips, but they were probably thinking I looked crazy! I didn't even recognise myself."
