The 'Scooby-Doo' co-stars tied the knot in Mexico on September 1, 2002, and on their anniversary this year Sarah logged on to Instagram to mark the milestone.
The 47-year-old actress posted a photograph to her 4.5 million followers showing Freddie, 48, cuddling her by the waist as the love-up couple smiled widely. She simply captioned the image with "22" and some wedding related emojis.
The couple first met on the set of the 1997 teen horror flick ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ but did not start a relationship for another three years until 2000.
They then got engaged in April 2001 before marrying.
Over the years, Sarah and Freddie have shared the screen on several occasions, most notably in the live-action ‘Scooby-Doo’ films, where they played Daphne Blake and Fred Jones, bringing the beloved cartoon characters to life. Their on-screen chemistry was undeniable, and their off-screen love story has continued to capture the hearts of fans worldwide.

Freddie, 48, believes "dumb luck" is the reason their marriage is such a happy one.
He told E! News: "There really is no secret, man. Maybe it's just dumb luck. We just found each other at the right time."
