Even though the Saturday (24.08.24) night show experienced a slight delay, with Lana taking the stage approximately 20 minutes later than scheduled, the wait proved worthwhile for those in attendance.

Her effortlessly demure presence and evocative vocals left festival-goers and viewers alike in awe.

It marked Lana’s second appearance at Reading Festival, a decade after her debut in 2012, which followed the release of her breakthrough album ‘Born to Die’.

Returning to Reading, UK, Lana exuded a timeless elegance in a simple yet chic dress, with her straightened hair complementing her classic style.

She opened the show with the title track from her critically acclaimed album ‘Norman F****** Rockwell’, setting the tone for a night of nostalgia and new hits.

Lana's performance was a testament to her enduring talent, as her breathy, emotive vocals resonated across the massive crowd.

Her set was eagerly anticipated following the release of her acclaimed 2023 album ‘Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd’.

The blend of contemporary flair with classic Del Rey charm provided a truly memorable experience for her fans.

During the penultimate track of the evening, the title song from ‘Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd’, the crowd held up their flashlights in unison, creating a stunning visual display of unity and appreciation.

Lana addressed the audience with heartfelt gratitude, saying, “I’m so grateful, I’m so grateful to be here with you. This is a big crowd and you all decided to be with us.”

The night reached a poignant climax with a stirring rendition of her most celebrated song, ‘Video Games’.

Joined by a group of contemporary female dancers, Lana delivered an emotional performance that resonated deeply with both the live audience and those watching from home.

Despite her intention to continue performing "a few more songs" as long as possible, the stream was cut off shortly thereafter, leaving fans with a bittersweet end to an unforgettable evening.
