The 28-year-old model underwent plastic surgery to amplify her chest and is now thought to make up to £80,000 a month through her OnlYFans page but shared a throwback photo with her followers where she revealed what she looked like before.
She wrote: "Aww baby implants (700cc before everyone asks). Some girls look big at this size, but I was super flat-chested naturally."!
Towards the end of last year, Paige revealed that some women are "jealous" of her breasts and she is always subjected to "judgemental glances and looks" whenever she leaves the house.
She told NudePR: "Other women are threatened. They are just jealous. I dress rather modestly, too, but I can’t escape the judgemental glances and looks.
But Paige is not deterred by the negativity and insists she is "not bothered" if she has offended anyone with her surgery or the way she makes a living.
She said: “And the people who have the gumption to say it [nasty comments] online ask ‘what have I done to myself'.
“They tell me they are disgusted. But there’s always going to be haters and I’m not [bothered about] offending anyone.”
Last year, Paige splashed out out £17,000 to enlarge her cup size from a H to an I but claimed that was not the end of her procedures because she is "addicted" to having work done.
