The former 'Teen Mom' star recently shared a collage of Thanksgiving photos with a mystery man, which was set to 'I Wanna Show You Off' by Doja Cat, and she's confirmed they first connected on the adults-only subscription platform.
However, Farrah revealed things got serious this year when they matched on a dating app.
The 32-year-old reality star told TMZ she has had three months of training with a relationship coach and is keen to avoid drama this time around so has asked her new man - who works in tech, business sales and marketing and is of a similar age to her - to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Farrah also revealed her mystery man is sober and they have been "inspiring each other" and deepening their connection via meditation, swimming and travel.
However, she has decided to wait until the winter break before introducing him to her family, including her 14-year-old daughter Sophia, but she is grateful they first got to know one another as friends through OnlyFans.
Farrah previously explained her "biggest challenge" when parenting her daughter - whose father Derek Underwood died in a car accident - was not getting enough time with her.
She previously told US Weekly magazine: “Throughout the year, I’m probably gone, like, two months out of the year away from her, if not more.
"Even though we’re always together it seems, I still wish I could spend more time with her, and I think quality time is good right now.”
Meanwhile, last month Farrah was sentenced to 18 months of probation and 40 hours of community service for allegedly assaulting a security guard in Los Angeles, an incident which occurred almost two years ago.
The former '16 and Pregnant' star had claimed the security guard “battered and assaulted her.”
