Tasha Reign has warned aspiring porn stars not to follow in her footsteps until they are at least 25 years old.

The 34-year-old Playboy model-turned-adult actress made her first porn film when she was 21 and she has gone on to make a fortune from X-rated content over the years, but she's adamant other aspiring sex workers need to wait a few more years before making the huge decision to get into the industry.

Writing in her book 'From Princess to Porn Star', Tasha explained: "It’s a lifetime decision, getting into porn, and that decision isn’t one to make lightly. I would honestly say people should wait until they’re 25 before committing to sex work. If you still want to do it then, make sure to do your research - a lot of it - and have fun."

She added of her own idols: "The same way men idolise football players, I idolised Tera Patrick, Stormy Daniels, Carmen Electra, Jenna Jameson, Pamela Anderson and so many other powerful and beautiful women. What appealed to me most was the glamour, beauty and femininity that Jenna seemed to exude on film."

Tasha has also declared she wants the minimum age of adult film performers to be raised from 18 to 21 years old.

In the tome, she also opened up about how becoming an adult entertainer gave her the chance to fully explore her bisexuality. Recalling her first time filming saucy content with another woman, she wrote: “I couldn’t have been happier — or more nervous. I was always bisexual, so for me this idea was not only an aspiration but a turn-on ...

"For the most part, sex with women was softer, more intimate. I found myself just wrapped in the beauty and the prettiness of it all."
