Ariana Greenblatt has "big impostor syndrome" about 'Now You See Me 3'.
The 16-year-old 'Barbie' star has joined the cast of the third film in the hit magician heist franchise alongside Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman, and admits it was daunting being the only teen on the set.
She told Nylon: “It’s big impostor syndrome.
“I’m like, ‘Why the f*** am I here? What am I doing? I’m the only underage human in this building. What is happening?”
The 'Borderlands' actress has always been friends with her adult co-stars and hasn't made any connects with other child stars.
She continued: “There’s a lot of teen actors, but for some reason, I don’t know any of them. I was watching some interview, I can’t remember who it was, but they were like, ‘It’s so crazy. All us kid actors know each other.'
“And I’m like, ‘What about me?… I’m in a different group chat alone with the adults. That’s just how it is. But it makes sense because I’ve never done a movie with other kids.”
Ariana revealed she has been learning lots of magic ahead of the role.
She said: “I’ve been at the Magic Castle every other day, learning magic.
“My magic teacher is so awesome; he is one of the best ones. So I get to know all the magician tea.”
The film is being directed by 'Venom' filmmaker Ruben Fleischer, who will work from a script written by Eric Warren Singer, Seth Grahame-Smith and Mike Lesslie.
The first 'Now You See Me' movie was directed by Louis Leterrier and was released in 2013, with a John M. Chu-directed sequel following three years later.
Other new cast members include Justice Smith, Rosamund Pike, and Dominic Sessa.
The film is slated for release on November 14, 2025.
