Kendra Wilkinson has revealed that she no longer stresses about her looks.
Kendra Wilkinson is "at peace" with her appearance.
The 41-year-old TV star has taken to social media to hit back at her critics, explaining that she now values health and happiness over anything else in her life, including her looks.
The former Playboy model - who has son Hank, 14, and daughter Alijah, 12, with ex-husband Hank Baskett - wrote on Instagram: "Sexy is the last thing I want to be. I aim for health, happiness, success and gods light. Peace is everything to me."
Kendra admitted that it's tough to deal with public scrutiny. However, she's trying to remain philosophical about the situation.
She said: "Sometimes I feel the negativity in the world but then I remember how amazing I am and get right back to it. It’s not easy being a ‘public figure’ while figuring out life and its ups and downs but god gave me this platform for whatever reason. LOL. [laughing emoji] (sic)"
Kendra is aware of online comments about her appearance, but the TV star insists she's "at peace" with her looks.
Kendra said: "I see people poking at me for my body and my aging and it’s ok. I’m at peace and none of that stuff bothers me. I am happy being me and alive and watching my kids grow. If people want to be negative, that’s their energy not mine.
"I’m ok not being Playboy skinny anymore or bleached blonde 21 yr old. That was a time of my life but now I’m older and have lived a life.
"I forgive myself for all the things and can breathe in life a different way now. Life is good and I am so blessed and grateful!! (sic)"
Meanwhile, Kendra previously claimed that she's not "good enough to be a wife or a girlfriend".
The TV star explained in 2025 that she was just "happy being single".
Kendra told Us Weekly: "I don’t think that I’m qualified to be a spouse or a girlfriend. I don’t think I’m qualified at this moment.
"I don’t think I’m good enough to be a wife or a girlfriend. I think that I’m happy, but I do think I’m happy being single."
