Podcaster Bunnie Xo has declared she wants celebrities "to be honest" about having cosmetic surgery because staying silent contributes to a "false beauty standard".

The 46-year-old podcaster - who was married to musician Jelly Roll - is convinced famous faces need to come clean when they've had work donw because staying silent contributes to a "false beauty standard".
During an episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie spoke to actress Denise Richards about the fact they have both undergone facelifts and spoken publicly about it. Bunnie said: "First of all, and this is no shade to anybody in the industry, but if you’re gonna get work done, just f****** be honest about it ...
"I feel like our 'job' as people that are online and pushing a narrative of our lives, I feel like we owe that to the public. That might just be me, but I feel like we, especially as women because there’s such a false beauty standard ... and I never want a little girl to look at me and be like: 'I want to just look like her.'
"Like, girl, I don’t even look like me. So I always want to be honest."
Denise took the opportunity to talk about her own surgery last year, admitting it was the "best thing" she could have done for herself.
She said: "Originally I had been thinking about doing just my neck ... and then a friend of mine, she’s very well-known, and she’s not public about hers, and she said to me: 'You have to do the whole thing.' And I was like: 'I don’t want to do the whole thing, I’m scared' ...
"The only analogy I could give is like you remodel a house and do one room and the room looks great, but it doesn’t match the rest of the house. So, I told him [the surgeon]: 'You’re the artist.' His work was impeccable; I saw so many before and afters.
"He did everything. He did the neck, the lower face, the upper, the brow lift. The only thing he didn’t do were my lower lids. He did my upper lids
"It was the best thing I did for myself."
Bunnie also had a facelift earlier this year and she also has undergone breast augmentation surgery.
She previously said of the operation on her breasts: "I was just like, let me have this era of my life, just being super whatever I want [to be]. Just do whatever the f*** I want ...
"We did very, very small implants. So one boob [implant] is 310 cc the other is 300 cc. They’re super small, but I just needed them to perk back up because them babies were looking like I could tie them in a knot.
"I’m all for advocating for women to do whatever they want with their bodies."
