Sean 'Diddy' Combs' daughters launch fashion brand
Sean 'Diddy' Combs' twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, have launched their own fashion brand while the hip-hop mogul is in prison.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs' twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, have launched their own fashion brand.
The 19-year-old siblings - whose mother was Combs' late ex-wife Kimberly Porter - are starting stylish new careers while their father is behind bars by founding streetwear 12TWINTY1 and they are adamant their venture will not be tainted by his 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges.
D'Lila told New York Post column PageSix: "His press is his press and our press is our press. Our journey is separate. We try to stay positive, and we’re focused on what we’re building."
Jessie also revealed their plans for the brand pre-date their father's legal troubles, adding: "We’ve been planning this for about three years now. Ever since we were little, we’ve loved fashion."
Jessie also explained they've been getting advice from their dad - who launched his own Sean John clothing company in 1998 - while he's been serving out his 50-month prison sentence.
She said: "He’s very proud of us. We’ve gone to him for guidance many times, and he’s been incredibly helpful."
A statement posted on the brand's website reads: "From the day we were born we’ve always had a special love for fashion - it’s always been a part of who we are.
"Growing up, we always knew we wanted to design our own clothes and launch our own clothing line. It has always been a dream for us, and we’re so beyond grateful and blessed that our dream is coming true.
"Since the age of three, we’ve loved picking out our matching outfits and styling ourselves. It’s a passion that has grown with us over the years.
"12TWINTY1 is very special to us - the name represents who we are. Our birthday is December 21st (12/21).
"As most of you know, we’re also twins, mirror images of each other, just like the numbers 12 and 21. Instead of spelling out the 21, we added a twist by weaving the word twin into our name, to embrace our God-given blessing of being twins."
The twins' first collection for 12TWINTY1 has been dubbed 777, which is a reference to the fact they were born seven minutes apart and seven was their parents' favourite number.
The collection - which debuted online on Tuesday (07.07.26) - features clothing for men and women with prices stretching from $34 tank tops to hoodies retailing for $119.
