Jonathan Bailey has enjoyed a "majestic eight months" since being named PEOPLE magazine's Sexiest Man Alive 2025.
The Bridgerton star is "looking forward to handing the baton over" to someone else later this year, but he has enjoyed a "fantastic" time as the title's holder.
Quizzed on how his life has changed since he was named Sexiest Man Alive, he joked: "It's been exhausting."
He added: "Yeah, I mean, listen, it's been fantastic. I'm hoping the next recipient is in training and I look forward to handing the baton over.
"But it's been a majestic eight months. And now we can toast with our Martini Bianco Spritz."
Jonathan has also been named The Martini Man after putting pen to paper on a multi-year partnership with the Italian aperitivo brand, and he enjoyed drinking a few Martini spritzes in Italy last summer, where he shot some promotional footage for the company.
What's more, the experience brought back some key memories for Bailey.
He explained: "I always just think about the experiences that I've had in Italy, cycling through the Tuscan hills or Salento.
"Then you stop and if you're with friends and the sun is setting and you've been in the sea, those memories you take with you with a martini spritz all around the world.
"That's what I feel when I have a spritz. It immediately connects to that Italian elegance and it's just relaxed. There's no effort needed. I definitely start the night with a spritz, always."
Last year, Jonathan also managed to cycle from Rome to Pisa, where he enjoyed plenty of local cuisine.
He said: "Sometimes you miss out on really key moments because you're working, but it was such a brilliant few weeks.
"I just felt very inspired and ate loads of food in Italy and had loads of spritzes and yeah, it felt really, really great."
The Wicked star previously told how he was "incredibly flattered" after being named PEOPLE magazine's Sexiest Man Alive.
Speaking to the publication last year, he said: "It’s a huge honor. Obviously I’m incredibly flattered. And it’s completely absurd. It’s been a secret, so I’m quite excited for some friends and family to find out ...
"I told my dog Benson. But no, I haven’t [told anyone else]. How do you spell .... NDA?
"I feel incredibly lucky. Life is a ride for everyone no matter who you are, where you come from. It’s just making sure that when you’re in the ride, you’re looking left and right and making sure everyone’s all right. And give them a high-five along the way if they need it."
