UK influencer Marc McKee has launched a skincare system after losing nine stone on Mounjaro.

The 36-year-old Northern Irish influencer, who was warned by his doctor that he might not live to see 40, has launched ElastiK° Skin, which is the UK's first founder-lead skincare system born directly from a nine-stone GLP-1 transformation.

He said: "I was told by my doctor that if I continued the path I was on, I might not make it to 40. My stomach just dropped.

"I was 23.4 stone, living with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and early signs of kidney and liver damage.

"I genuinely thought I might not live long enough to see my nephew grow up."

Marc went from 23.4 stone to 14st 7lbs after starting Mounaro in August 2024, and he built an audience of over 400,000 across TikTok and Instagram as he documented the entire journey.

Dermatologists have warned about how rapid weight loss can lead to skin changes including loss of elasticity, severe dehydration, and what social media has nicknamed "Ozempic face".

Marc's new range - which features five products paired with a 234-LED face and neck mask - has been designed to support skin through that transformation.

The Charted Marketer added: "At the end of my weight loss, I realised I'd transformed physically but my skin was going through its own transition.

"There was almost nothing out there that addressed it in a structured, realistic way.

"I tried everything. What actually worked for me wasn't one hero product — it was consistency and a system."

ElastiK° Skin, which launched last month, features peptide-based formulations to support elasticity, hyaluronic acid and Sodium PCA for hydration, ceramides for barrier support, and bakuchiol as a gentler alternative to retinol.

However, Marc is keen to note that the brand isn't meant as a quick fix or cure-all solution.

He explained: "ElastiK° Skin isn't about reversing ageing or promising unrealistic outcomes.

"It's about supporting skin as it adapts. For some people on this journey, including myself, surgery or further treatments will still be needed and I'd never pretend otherwise.

"But for many, the right structure and consistency can make a real difference.

"That's what I wanted to create — because when your body transforms, your skin does too, and no one should have to figure that out on their own."

ElastiK° Skin, which operates under Marc's Renatus Collective platform, is available direct to consumer in more than 30 countries across the world.
