Dido looks set for a major comeback in 2027, with a new album and tour reportedly in the works.

The White Flag singer has been back in the studio with her brother Rollo - the Faithless hitmaker who’s been behind some of her biggest tracks - and insiders say the pair are close to wrapping her next project. If all goes to plan, fans won’t be waiting much longer for the follow‑up to 2019’s Still On My Mind and a fresh run of live dates.

Her resurgence comes as timeless favourites Here With Me and Thank You have exploded on TikTok, pulling in a whole new generation of listeners and sending streams soaring.

A source told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: “It’s still early days, but the hope is that there will be new music out next year and some tour dates.

“That’s the plan. They would be her first shows since 2019, so it’s been a long time coming.

“A lot’s changed since she last performed because songs like Here With Me and Thank You have gone viral on TikTok, so new fans are taking an interest in her. Getting back out there with new music will be a big moment for her.”

Dido's last tour was in 2019, marking her first run in 15 years.

Still On My Mind's predecessor, Girl Who Got Away, was released in 2013.

Dido's 1999 album No Angel sold over 21 million copies worldwide and the first single, Here With Me, broke the charts when it was used as the theme to the hit teen series Roswell and then in the iconic Christmas movie Love Actually.

However, it was the track Thank You that brought her worldwide success when Eminem heard it and asked for her permission to sample it on Stan.

The pair also hit it off as friends and she appeared in the music video as Stan's pregnant girlfriend.

Her follow up 2003 album, Life For Rent, produced the hits White Flag and Life For Rent.
