Sabrina Carpenter was embarrassed to share her Spotify Wrapped list – because she listens to her own music a lot.

The ‘Espresso’ hitmaker, 25, has had a record-breaking year thanks to the success of her No.1 album ‘Short n’ Sweet’ and she’s no longer afraid to admit that she likes to stream her own music, because it shows how proud she is of her art.

Asked if she had Spotify pull up her annual listening habits, she told Vogue: “I did. It’s funny because when I first saw mine, my initial reaction was, ‘Oh, damn, I can’t post that, because I’m on my own [list]. It’s a bit conceited.’

“But then I was like, I guess it’s a good thing that I’m on my list and listening to my own music, because it means I f*** with what I do… But the other ones were Dolly Parton, ABBA, Kacey Musgraves, and the Bee Gees.”

The ‘Taste’ hitmaker recently confessed to being obsessed with disco legends the Bee Gees, revealing she listens to the 'Stayin' Alive' hitmakers "every day".

She told Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1: "Right now, I listen to Bee Gees every day. The Bee Gees are my safe place right now. And my mom was talking a lot about them yesterday, because I was like, 'Well, I don't think any of them were all that attractive, but their voices were so stunning,' and she was like, 'No, no, no. When they were young, they had a little something going on.'

“She brought up Andy. She said Andy was her crush. She said Andy was her literally celebrity crush."

Meanwhile, the ‘Please Please Please’ singer admitted to Vogue that touring is “never easy”, and she found it “really overwhelming in such a positive way” performing to sold-out arenas on each night of the ‘Short n’ Sweet Tour’.

She said: “Touring is never easy, I’m pretty honest about that, but it was such a gift.

“This tour has been so much more fun than any other show I’ve ever put on.

“It’s so theatrical and it involves the audience, so every night feels different, based off of how the audience is feeling and what they’re giving to me.

“I was just blown away by the fact that it was my first arena tour, and we sold out every show.

“That was really overwhelming in such a positive way.”
