Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston revived friendship with 'secret lunches'
Brad Pitt reportedly revived his friendship with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston by meeting up for "secret lunches" so they could catch up in private and they actor "genuinely enjoyed reconnecting with her".

The pair were married for five years between 2000 and 2005 and they are believed to have been estranged for years following their divorce. However, they have grown close again in recent years after a chance meeting at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2020 with a new report claiming they found time to catch up in private while Jennifer was working on The Morning Show.
A source told the Daily Mail newspaper: "During season 2 of The Morning Show, Brad was coming to set and having lunch with Jen in her trailer. He would arrive and get dropped directly at her trailer for a private lunch just the two of them and then he would leave once filming for Jen resumed.
"Brad would come to set at least once a week. Some crew knew but had no idea who or how many. It was a standing lunch date and he stuck to it."
A second source added: "During this time, he was also hanging out with her at her house. Jen and Brad got together a number of times. Mainly at her house. They couldn't be seen out in public together."
However, there was never a romantic aspect to their revived friendship. Another added to the publication: "For Brad, there was no hidden agenda or expectation of rekindling their romance. More than anything, Brad missed having her as a trusted friend
"He was quickly reminded of just how important Jennifer had been in his life. He genuinely enjoyed reconnecting with her, spending time together away from the spotlight and just being friends, having private lunches was just really nice
"She was, and continues to be, one of the few people he feels he can trust completely. They still keep in touch from time to time. Getting back together with her and talking again was one of the best decisions that he has ever made."
Brad - who went on to marry and divorce Angelina Jolie - is now in a relationship with Ines de Ramon while Jennifer - who was married to Justin Theroux from 2015 until 2018 - is dating Jim Curtis.
