President Donald Trump has revealed what he really thinks about members of the royal family.
The US President gave his totally honest opinion on some of the most senior royals as King Charles and Queen Camilla wrapped up their four-day visit to the US with the former reality TV star sharing his thoughts on William, Prince of Wales and his wife Catherine, Princess of Wales as well Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, who stepped down from their roles within the family to start a new life in the US.
During an interview with Robert Hardman for the Daily Mail newspaper, President Trump doubled down on his previously expressed admiration for King Charles, saying: "He's a great guy, he really is."
He went on to add of William, Prince of Wales, who is heir to the throne, saying: "William, he'll be a good King, won't he? He's very nice. A great guy. I like him.'"
Trump added of Catherine, who is recovering after a battle with cancer: "How's she doing? She's so great. She was sick, people said crazy things about her and she was so brave."
However, Trump was less flattering about William's younger brother Harry, Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, asking the reporter: "So can Harry make a comeback?"
When told it would be highly unlikely for Harry to return to royal duties, Trump added: "Too many things, I guess. That wife of his. Boy, what she's done to that guy ... I guess she got blocked out by William's wife."
President Trump was full of praise for King Charles and Queen Camilla after hosting them during their trip to the US this week.
As the royals said goodbye to President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump at the White House on Thursday (30.04.26).
