It has been reported that Chuck Norris is in hospital after he had a "medical emergency" on Wednesday (18.03.26).
Chuck Norris has reportedly been rushed to hospital.
The acting legend suffered a "medical emergency" - details of which are not yet known - on Wednesday (18.03.26) while on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, TMZ reports.
Chuck is understood to be "in good spirits”, and he seemed that way and was “cracking jokes" when he chatted to a pal on the phone just before he was hospitalised, according to the outlet.
The ordeal came nine days after the Walker, Texas Ranger star marked his 86th birthday, and said he feels grateful for his "good health".
Martial artist Chuck - real name Carlos Ray Norris - marked his big day with a video of him sparring with a trainer, which he shared to Instagram on March 10.
The Expendables 2 cast member captioned the clip: "I don’t age. I level up.
"I’m 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young.
I’m grateful for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love.
"Thank you all for being the best fans in the world. Your support through the years has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.
"God Bless Chuck Norris."
And following reports of his "medical emergency", fans rushed to that post's comments section to wish him well.
One person penned: "All the best, Chuck, get well soon, the world needs you."
A second user typed: "I hope you doing okay brotha. Heard you was in the hospital prayers (sic)."
And a third supporter wrote: "Get better soon Chuck."
Chuck served in the US Air Force and went on to win multiple martial arts championships.
The Delta Force actor is a black belt in Karate, Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo.
Chuck founded his own discipline, Chun Kuk Do, and he went on to train celebrities in martial arts.
His late pal, actor-and-martial artist Bruce Lee, cast him as villain Colt in 1972's The Way of the Dragon, and late Hollywood legend Steve McQueen then encouraged Chuck to continue acting.
His most popular role came in 1993 as the titular character, Ranger Cordell Walker, in Walker, Texas Ranger.
After the CBS show ended in 2001, Chuck continued playing lead roles in movies until 2006.
His last major film appearance came in 2012 with The Expendables 2.
