The former 'EastEnders' actor is particularly partial to a vindaloo, but due to the meal's spice level it can give him some pain in the behind region afterwards, so he likes to cool down with some chilled pieces of toilet paper.

Speaking on the 'Off Menu' podcast, he said: "I do love hot food. When I was brought up me mother used to always get an Indian, a Madras, and she’d save me a bit on a plate.

"So I got used to having hot food as a youngster. I’ve moved up now and I’m a vindaloo man. I do love a vindaloo. There’s just something about it.”

"There’s a myth it gives you the runs. It doesn’t give you the runs, Indian food, it just makes your a******* sting.

"I get a naughty vindaloo near me. Some are really

spicy, some not so bad.

"Sometimes you put the khazi roll in the fridge and just have it ready, just to get that first pony out the way.

"You know it’s coming, you gotta get it out the way.

"I like to have it on a Saturday cos it feels like a Saturday for me and especially after a few beers.

"When it’s a naughty one and I know it’s coming, I will just….and I’ve got a lot of fridges in my gaffe cos I’m caked. I’ve got a few wine coolers and so on, so I can stash me khazi roll somewhere without anyone seeing it."

Danny joked he wouldn't chance putting his toilet rolls in the fridge next to any food, because it wouldn't be very "appetising".

He added: "You don’t wanna leave your toilet roll next to the potato salad in the fridge, it’s not very appetising is it. So just pop it downstairs in me little wine cooler and dab away."

Danny previously admitted he used to struggle to fit into his 'EastEnders' costumes on Mondays after over-indulging in a Chinese takeaway on a Friday, an Indian meal on a Saturday, and a Sunday roast to top off the weekend.

Speaking on his 'Sored with the Dyers' podcast, he said: "I have a Chinese on a Friday, and an Indian on a Saturday, and a roast on a Sunday.

"Honestly, when I go to work on Monday, I've swelled up so much ... when I try to put my costume on all my neck is really fat. What I usually do is have a detox."
