Farrah Abraham is unable to speak for two months after undergoing jaw surgery.

The former 16 and Pregnant star is not having the "easiest time" after having double-disc surgery to treat ongoing issues and must stick to a liquid diet for the foreseeable future, but achieved a "small but welcome" milestone on Wednesday (30.09.26) when she had her stitches removed.

Her manager, Chrissy Johnston, told People magazine: “She has already lost a significant amount of weight.

"She’s understandably not having the easiest time right now. The severe pain, swelling, and inability to eat solid food, open her mouth or talk have taken a significant toll on her mood, but she’s doing her best to stay positive.

“She still has a long road ahead. She’s taking things one day at a time and trying to keep moving forward.”

Farrah's 17-year-old daughter Sophia shared a glimpse of her mom's recovery on a TikTok live.

The video saw the 35-year-old star hold up a sign to the camera which read: "I had surgery + can't talk. Thanks for all the gifts."

And on Instagram, Farrah wrote: "I feel like Frankenstein right now.

"Praying my face comes back in three months."

The OnlyFans model has been experiencing jaw issues all year, which she believes were caused by the trauma from a "sexual assault and battery case".

Her manager Chrissy told DailyMail Online: "She believes the trauma and stress from the assault affected her nervous system and contributed to the damage she has experienced.

"After everything she has already endured, to now be left in excruciating pain, unable to speak or open her mouth to eat normally for months, is an enormous amount for anyone to endure. She is going through an incredibly difficult time right now."

Farrah has also suffered hearing loss in one of her ears.

Chrissy said: "Farrah cannot speak because her jaw is wired shut, and her face is extremely swollen. She is in a severe amount of pain and is really struggling, both physically and mentally.

"To make matters worse, she has also lost hearing in her right ear. I hope and pray that her pain eases soon and that her hearing returns to normal over time."

Earlier this year, Farrah admitted her jaw was so painful, she could barely open her mouth.

She said on the Pillow Talk podcast: "I can't use my jaw. I can't open my mouth up normally.

"I would like to just open my mouth for a hotdog, okay."
