Kevin Costner’s ‘bubbly blonde’ friendship fuels romance rumours
The Yellowstone star has reportedly hosted Arizona lifestyle influencer McKenna Wesley at his Santa Barbara and Aspen properties after the pair bonded over golf.
Kevin Costner has reportedly grown close to lifestyle influencer McKenna Wesley, with a new report claiming she has been a guest at his homes in California and Colorado during a friendship stretching back around a year.
The 71-year-old Yellowstone star, whose divorce from his second wife Christine Baumgartner, 52, was finalised in February 2024, was first publicly pictured with McKenna, 39, at a screening of his baseball classic Field of Dreams at Scottsdale Stadium in Arizona in October 2025.
Page Six has reported the pair met in Scottsdale and have since spent time together, including in Santa Barbara.
A source told the outlet: “She has been his guest on multiple occasions at his Santa Barbara and Aspen properties.”
And a second insider said the pair had bonded over a mutual interest in golf, telling the outlet: “They met in Scottsdale about a year ago. They both love to golf.”
McKenna’s representative declined to confirm the nature of the relationship, telling Page Six: “McKenna doesn’t wish to comment on her relationship with Mr Costner.”
McKenna, who is known online as The Bubbly Blonde, has built a sizeable following through fashion and lifestyle content. Her website says she began modelling as a baby before later moving to Malibu and travelling across the US for modelling work.
Her online biography says: “This Arizona girl’s successful modeling career began when she was only 6 weeks old, which eventually led to living in Malibu, while modeling and happily traveling all over the USA.”
It adds the idea of becoming a blogger originally came from her mother, saying: “A long distance call from her mother changed everything when she casually suggested that McKenna explore becoming a blogger.”
The new attention surrounding Kevin’s private life comes more than two years after the end of his marriage to Christine, with whom he has three children – Cayden, 19, Hayes, 17, and Grace, 16.
Christine has since remarried.
Kevin has continued to attract speculation about his romantic life since becoming single, although he has not publicly confirmed a relationship with McKenna.
Page Six also reported that she had also been photographed with him during a lunch in Santa Barbara in August.
Away from his private life, Kevin remains one of Hollywood’s most recognisable leading men after a career stretching across five decades.
He played ranching patriarch John Dutton in the hit neo-western television drama Yellowstone, a role which introduced him to a new generation of viewers after decades as a major film star.
His best-known big-screen credits include The Untouchables, Bull Durham, JFK, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and The Bodyguard.
Kevin also starred in the 1989 baseball fantasy Field of Dreams – the film whose Scottsdale screening brought him and McKenna into the same public setting last year – and directed, produced and starred in Dances with Wolves.
The western won seven Academy Awards, with Kevin receiving Oscars for best picture and best director.
More recently, he has poured his attention and considerable personal resources into Horizon: An American Saga, his sprawling western project about the settlement of the American West.
Kevin co-wrote, directed, produced and starred in the project, which he conceived as a multi-part saga and helped finance himself.
The Page Six report said Kevin owns property in both the Santa Barbara area and Aspen, the two locations where its source claimed McKenna had stayed as his guest.
Neither Kevin nor McKenna has publicly confirmed they are a couple.
