Kelly Osbourne reveals why she won't reconcile with sister Aimee
Kelly Osbourne has opened up about her rift with her older sister Aimee.
Kelly Osbourne has insisted there's no hope of a reconciliation with her estranged sister Aimee.
The 41-year-old star has opened up on how a personality clash with her 43-year-old sibling has resulted in them no longer speaking, and she suggested Aimee was "embarrassed" of their famous family.
She told Paul C Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast: "I respect her, I accept her, but we're different, and that's ok.
"If you're not going to accept me for who I am, and constantly be trying to change me and say horrible things about me, and truly seem to thrive when I'm not doing well, I don't want you in my life."
Asked if a reconciliation was possible, she replied: "No, no."
Kelly described them both as "polar opposites", adding: "It's one of the hardest things of my life that I never got a big sister.
"I had to learn how to do certain things that a big sister should have taught you on my own. I do have a resentment there.
"It was always me and Jack. If I'm honest my older sister didn't really ever acknowledge me and my brother. She was just in her own world, doing her own thing.
"And I do to a certain extent, if I'm honest, I feel as though she was embarrassed of us … the whole family."
Aimee is the eldest child of Sharon and late Black Sabbath legend Ozzy, who also had 40-year-old son Jack together.
She opted against appearing on The Osbournes in 2002, and left the family hope aged 16.
She previously told The Independent: "Back then, I still felt I was trying to figure out who I was in the chaos of family life, so why on earth would I want that portrayed on television?
"I wanted to protect myself, my parents, my siblings, too. They were very young, very impressionable."
Meanwhile, Jack previously admitted he and Aimee - who joined her siblings at Ozzy's funeral procession following his death aged 76 in July 2025 - are "not close at all".
He told the Disrespectfully podcast: "Back then she really wanted to be a musician and the kind of musician she wanted to be was like a Fiona Apple, Mazzy Star, like this kind of obscure, mysterious, moody…
"And she deemed doing a show on MTV as low-hanging fruit. She was like, 'I’m not going to be seen riding coat-tails,' kind of thing, that’s how she perceived it.
"Once the show was hugely successful I think she was kind of like, 'Well I can’t now come on because I don’t want to be seen even more so as jumping on the bandwagon.' And she dug her heels in and wanted to be relatively private and obscure."
Sharon previously reflected on the heartbreak of Aimee moving out as a teenager.
She told The Talk: "She felt too that she didn't want to grow up on camera. She hated the idea - it was appalling to her.
"And so she left at 16 and I regret every day that she did. It broke my heart when she moved."
