Logan Paul suffers brutal WWE injury forcing him out of action
Influencer turned WWE wrestler Logan Paul will be out of action for "a number of months".
Logan Paul has suffered a torn tricep which will keep him out of action for "months".
The influencer turned WWE superstar got hurt over the weekend as he and The Vision teammate Austin Theory successfully defended the World Tag Team Championships against the Street Profits' duo of Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins.
Although he finished the match at Saturday Night's Main Event, it's now been confirmed that Logan is on the shelf and will miss significant ring time.
On this week's episode of Monday Night Raw on Netflix, commentator Michael Cole revealed the 31-year-old star will be out for "a number of months".
During the broadcast, they replayed a moment where Angelo hit a dive on Logan, which is credited with injuring him.
Backstage after the news was revealed on air, Austin was seen asking on-screen manager Paul Heyman about the state of the tag titles, with fellow champ Logan not able to wrestle for the time being.
Heyman said: "Logan Paul knows better than anyone else, this ain't ballet.
"And when you and Logan Paul became the tag team champions, I put in every contract, 'The Vision defending the tag team titles'.
"That means any member of The Vision teaming with any member of The Vision of my choice.
"Which means you are going to be the tag team champion with, oh, I don't know, off the top of my head, Bron Breakker. And I expect the two of you to defend those titles with honour and dignity."
While the injury appears to be legitimate, the aftermath on screen saw Austin make good on his promise to seek revenge on "every single person that was involved with hurting him".
He vowed to "take them out", which led to him attacking Scottish sensation Joe Hendry with a steel chair, before doing the same to Angelo Dawkins.
Now, it appears that WWE is moving forward with Seth Rollins and Montez Ford taking on The Vision's Bron Breakker and Austin Theory in a two-versus-two rivalry.
It's not the first time Logan has been hurt during his wrestling career.
Back in November 2022, he suffered a meniscus and MCL sprain during a main event match against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
He returned from injury at the end of January 2023 in the Royal Rumble.
There is currently no firm timeline available for an in-ring return from his latest setback.
